Mikhail Fradkov

Mikhail Fradkov (Russian: Михаил Ефимович Фрадков; born September 1, 1950 in Kurumoch in Kuibyshev, Kuibyshev Oblast ) was on March 5, 2004 to September 14, 2007 Prime Minister of Russia.
