The Milcov is a second order of the Seret River in eastern Romania Creek. The largest city is adjacent Focsani.

History

1482, the flow of Stefan the Great was declared as the border between the Principality of Moldavia and the Principality of Wallachia. This limit was repealed by the merger of the two principalities in 1859.
