The Mill Creek ( English for " Mühlbach ") is a 45 km long right tributary of the Ohio River in southern Ohio.

It drains an area of 425 km ² and is part of the river system of the Mississippi River. The outflow is via the Ohio River and Mississippi River into the Gulf of Mexico.

The Mill Creek rises in the Fairfield Township, Butler County, about seven kilometers east of the city of Hamilton. It flows in a generally south- southwesterly direction through the counties Butler and Hamilton and flows west of downtown Cincinnati in the Ohio River. Its main tributaries are the 24.5km West Fork Mill Creek and the 11.5 km long East Fork Mill Creek. The largest part of the catchment area is located in the urban region (Metropolitan Area ) of Cincinnati.

Geographic Names Information System According to the river was also called Bloody Run, Hill Creek and Mah -e- wa -pet throughout its history.
