Milton is a hamlet and census-designated place in Ulster County, New York (State), United States. In 2000 the village had 1251 inhabitants. The place is one of two places of that name in New York, the other is located in Saratoga County.

Milton is located in the northeast of the Town of Marlborough, on the right bank of the Hudson River. The former railway station of the city, the Milton Railroad Station, is entered in the National Register of Historic Places.

Geography
