MatchWare MindView Pro / Business (formerly OpenMind ) is a commercial software application for creating mind maps.

MindView allows creating and editing business called Maps. MindView offers numerous functions for the visualization or the optical link between mind map content and additional files ( attachments of any file ).

The creation of so-called business maps originally based on the paper - and-pencil method " Mind Mapping ", but offers the advantages of fast changing computer typical of relationships (drag & drop from branches ).

MindView 5 is available in the versions "Pro" and "Business", the latter additionally contains a Gantt view and thus can be used for tasks and project planning.

May at any time to switch between the following views:

  • Mind Map
  • Left / Right
  • Org
  • Structure
  • Timeline
  • Gantt chart ( Business version )

Mind maps can be exported to the following formats:

  • Website
  • Mediator project
  • Image file
  • PowerPoint
  • Outlook
  • Microsoft Project ( Business version )
  • XML ( Business version )
  • In addition, direct transfer with free player.

In addition, projects mediator, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project ( Business version ) can be imported.

The Mind Map in the Business version can be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook. Project plans can be imported into MS Project and further processed there.
