Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China

The Ministry of Civil Affairs (Chinese民政部, Pinyin Mínzhèngbù ), also known as MCA (English: Ministry of Civil Affairs ), is a ministry of the Chinese State Council. The Ministry was established in May 1978.
