Ministry of State Treasury (Poland)
The Ministry of the Treasury (Polish Ministerstwo Skarbu Państwa, literally German Ministry of the Treasury of the State ) is one of the ministries of the Third Republic of Poland. The headquarters of the Ministry is located in the capital city Warsaw.
The Ministry went 1 October 1996 from the Ministerstwo Przekształceń Własnościowych forth ( German Ministry of Ownership Transformation and Privatization Ministry ).
Tasks
Tasks of the Ministry are, among others;
- The supervision of the Treasury
- Representation of the interests of the state based on the state-owned
- Preparation and implementation of privatization
- Development of privatization opportunities
- Concerning preparation of legislation which the Treasury
The Ministry needs to continue an annual report on the state of privatization exits.
