Minoru Chiaki

Minoru Chiaki (Japanese千秋 実, born July 30, 1917 † 1 November 1999) was a Japanese actor. Above all, his collaboration with Akira Kurosawa, for whom he embodied the friendly Heihachi, among others in The Seven Samurai, made ​​him famous. Later, he also worked in several productions with the Toei film.
