Mircea Albulescu

Mircea Albulescu ( born October 4, 1934 in Bucharest; actually Iorgu Constantin V. Albulescu ) is a Romanian actor.

Life

Albulescu worked as an extra at the Bucharest National Theater and completed externally to study at the theater and film school ( Institutul de arta şi Teatrală Cinematografica " IL Caragiale " ) in Bucharest. In 1951, he completed his studies at the Faculty of acting and directing with an examination. In 1956 Albulescu went to the Comedy Theatre in Bucharest, where he played until 1966. Albulescu since the mid- 1970s, an ensemble member of the Teatrul Naţional Bucureşti. From 1990 to 1998 Albulescu taught as a professor at the Universitatea de Arta Teatrală şi Cinematografica. His students included Mihai Marinescu.

His first film role was played Albulescu 1957 If you love me ( OT. Pasarea furtunii ). From 1970, he received larger roles, and has since starred in around 75 films. In addition to adventure and Western Albulescu was also seen in dramas and contemporary films.

Albulescu, in addition to his acting work found recognition as a writer, poet and art connoisseur; He also belongs to the Association of Writers ( Uniunea Scriitorilor din România ).
