Misery Signals

Misery Signals is an American metalcore band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You are in the scene known for their melodic riffs and progressive elements.

Biography

In 2002, the predecessor band split 7 Angels 7 Plagues, and regrouped with the former singer of the band Compromise, Jesse Zaraska, under the name of Misery Signals and took an eponymous EP on. After some line- up changes, they got a record deal with Ferret Music. There, their first album Of Malice and the Magnum Heart was released, which was produced by Strapping Young Lad singer Devin Townsend. After some touring singer Jesse Zaraska left the band to pursue other projects. The band decided to find a piece of music without vocals on their web presence on MySpace, calling on all interested parties to complete the piece with a vocal track and send it back to the band. In this way, they found Karl Schubach, who took over from now on the part as a singer. With his second album, Mirrors was recorded. In this successful record followed by several tours, led by both the States and to Europe and Asia, which were completed in collaboration with bands like The Dillinger Escape Plan, Strapping Young Lad and All That Remains.
