The Miyazaki airport (宫 崎 空港Japanese, Miyazaki Kuko ) is a small commercial airport of the city of Miyazaki in Japan. The airport is located about 4 kilometers south-east from the city center Miyazaki's right on the coast. From here, there are currently ( early 2007 ), except for the exception of a connection to Seoul Korea only domestic routes. To extend the start and runway had to be heaped up a piece of land. The Miyazaki airport is considered by the Japanese legislation as second class airport.
