Modi'in Illit
Called ʿ modes in Illit (Hebrew מודיעין עילית ), Kiryat Sefer also (Hebrew קריית ספר ), is a city and Israeli settlement in the West Bank. It was founded in 1994 and is located about halfway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, around 6 kilometers from the Israeli city of modes in ʿ away.

Name
