Mohamed Said Fofana

Mohamed Saïd Fofana ( born 1952 in Forécariah, Lower Guinée ) is a Guinean politician. Since 24 December 2010, he is Prime Minister of Guinea.

Career

The scoring for the ethnicity of Sousou Fofana attended from 1958 to 1972 primary school and secondary school of his native town. He then studied for four years at the Institut Polytechnique Gamal Abdel Nasser of Conakry Economy and Finance. A post -university studies took him 1979/80 to Romania.

In years 1976/77 Fofana was a lecturer in economics at the Collège et Lycée de Tabossi in Fria. From 1977 to 1984 he worked at the Ministry of Planning and Statistics. After a short period at the Ministry of Foreign Trade, he took him November 1985 the post of Secretary General of the Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Chamber. In 2003 he was appointed National Director of Trade and Competition, 2008 National Director of Foreign Trade. In 2009, he joined as director for the Coordination of projects in the Trade and Industry Ministry.

24 December 2010 President Alpha Condé proclaimed to the public largely unknown Fofana successor to Jean -Marie Doré, Office of the Prime Minister.
