Mohammad Jan Fana

Mohammed January Fana Safi ( born June 25, 1932 in Kabul ) is a poet, writer and artist.

Life

In 1950 he graduated from the commercial college at the trade school in Kabul. From 1950 to 1963 he attended the Military Academy in Kabul. His further training as a professional soldier, he held from 1966 to 1968 in the United States at the Airborne Troops, where he was promoted to Colonel. From 1969 to 1971 he was on the General Staff College are also in the U.S., where he completed his officer training. He is in addition to his work as a Army Officer a famous writer, poet and artist. His first story appeared in 1956 in the daily newspaper anise.

Mohammed Djan Fana Safi has written 13 books in the languages ​​Pashto, Dari and English.
