Mohand Laenser

Mohand Laenser (* 1942 in Imouzzer Marmoucha ) is a Moroccan politician and General Secretary of the People's Movement Party (Morocco ).

Education and Career

He received his degree at the École nationale d'administration he made with special distinction. He then completed a vocational training at the Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications ( INPT ) in Rabat, the Télécom ParisTech and Institut français des sciences administrative ( IFSA ) in Paris.

Mohand Laenser held since 1969 in various positions within the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. From 1981 to 1992, Laenser Minister of Posts and Telecommunications under Prime Minister Mohammed Karim Lamrani. On June 25, 1993, he was elected in direct elections to the General Secretary of the People's Movement, as an MP, he represents the constituency Boulemane ( Boulmane province ) in central Morocco.

In the cabinet Driss Jettou he was from 2002 to 2007 Minister for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries. On 29 July 2009 as part of the reshuffle of the Cabinet Abbas al - Fassi to the Ministre d'État ( State Minister ) was appointed. In the parliamentary elections in Morocco 2011, he led the campaign for his party.
