History

The company was founded on 28 April 2000 in the Moldovan capital Chisinau. It is now owned by the holding company " Fintur Holdings BV ", which is majority owned by the Swedish TeliaSonera and Turkcell to parts. The corporate design is based on the TeliaSonera.
