Moncrabeau

Moncrabeau is a municipality with 810 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in France, in the department of Lot- et- Garonne in the Aquitaine region.

Geography

The city is located on a hill above the River Baise, a left tributary of the Garonne. Just south of Moncrabeau the limit is to the neighboring department of Gers.

History

Moncrabeau has always been an agricultural center where the famous delicacies of Gascony were produced ( prunes, foie gras, goat cheese, Armagnac ).
