Mongoose Publishing is an English publishing house that specializes in role playing and everything there is for it to accessories, specializing.

History

The publishing house was established in 2001 as part of the d20 System boom that was created some time ago due to the enormous appeal of D & D 3rd Edition. His books on the subject soon became the best-selling genre .. After the initial success of the publishing consolidated his business and began to fight for market share with partly aggressive tactics and processes to which the distribution rights of individual parts of the product line. He acquired the rights to some comic series and in 2003 he took over the publication of the RPG magazine Signs and Portents, 2004, the rights to the Conan RPG. The following year, Signs and Portents was converted into a online magazine that his popularity greatly increased ( about 50,000 downloads per month ) and brought a number of his own role-playing games on the market. The name is derived from the Operation Mongoose from, wanted to proceed with America against Castro and in fact ( as many military planning ) includes everything fantasy role-playing games make up.
