Monte Guglielmo

The Monte Guglielmo ( dialect: Gölem ) is a mountain of Lombardy in northern Italy near Lake Iseo with 1957 meters above sea level. It is located in the foothills of Brescia.

On the summit stands a chapel dedicated to Christ and next to it the larger than life bronze statue of Pope Paul VI. From here there is a good view over Lake Iseo and the Ortler Mountains.

The mountain is to climb even for less experienced climbers well Croce di Marone ( 1161 m) in around 2.5 hours. He is about zone (664 m) or from Marone ( 1181 m) to commit from. By the summit, there are well accessible and signposted paths. All roads are to ride a mountain bike, but only recommended for well-trained cyclists. All roads are to prepare by berger extended horses.
