The Moody Barn is a round barn in Chisago Lake Township in Chisago County, Minnesota. The farm was founded in 1871 by Swedish immigrants and Elof Eva Modig after the Homestead Act. The couple raised five children on the farm and built on wheat, which was not unusual in the 1870s. In the 1890s, agriculture Minnesota began to diversify more. The production of milk and cheese became more common and the products were sold through co-operative dairy companies. 1915 chose one of the sons, Charles Moody, to build a modern round barn.

The barn has a diameter of 56 feet ( about 17 meters ) and about the same height. Inside there is a 42 feet ( about 13 m) is situated high silo. Also located on the ground floor a barn for dairy cows and their calves, and the floor above a floor for storage of hay. Instead of the traditional red and white paint in the barn was painted in a blue-gray color. The cost was 3200 dollars ( in today's prices around U.S. $ 80,000 ), where the seven involved in the construction men each got a dollar a day plus meals.

In 2004, the barn from the west side of the road was relocated to the east side. The building now belongs to the Chisago County Historical Society. It was repainted and verschindelt. The round barn stands today in a ten -acre park.
