Morne-Ã -l'Eau
Morne -à- l'Eau is a municipality with 16,767 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the French overseas department of Guadeloupe. It is located in the Grande- Terre on the Grand Cul -de -Sac marin and is the main town of two cantons.
The Canal of Rotours, a canal was built in the 18th century.
