Moscow is located in the northeast of Stevens County in the U.S. state of Kansas on U.S. Highway 56 The nearest major cities are Hugoton, which is 18 km south-west of Moscow, as well as Liberal and Ulysses. Moscow is situated at 928 meters above the sea.
