Mother's Boys

Deadly Intent ( Mother's Boys) is an American thriller directed by Yves Simoneau from the year 1994. The screenplay by Richard Hawley and Barry Schneider is based on a novel by Bernard Taylor.

Action

Robert Madigan and his three children will one day leave of Robert's wife Judith. It leaves no message that would explain their action.

After three years the family Judith holds for dead She comes back and wants to continue his former life. Robert, who wants to marry Colleen Harland, requested the divorce. It comes to trial, Judith speaks Harland front of their children badly. Later Harland is attacked by Judith. Judith's mother Lydia tries to stop her daughter.

Reviews

Desson Howe mocked in the Washington Post on April 16, 1994 Hollywood do not need a good script writers, but an exorcist for the abundance of characters with obsession. Lydia should have advised her daughter, to make the " bad movie " better.

The lexicon of international film wrote that the story was implausible, the director's concept was flawed and let the actors no way of unfolding. The " Portrait of a bad mother " was " psychologically immature ."
