Mount Dickerson

The Mount Dickerson is a 4120 m high mountain 6 km east of Mount Kirkpatrick in Antarctica. He is a member of the Queen Alexandra Range, a mountain range, which is listed as the Transantarctic Mountains.

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain after Lt. Cdr. Richard G. Dickerson, U.S. Navy, commander of an aircraft the aviator unit VX6 during Operation Deep Freeze in 1964.
