Mount Woolley

Mount Woolley is located in the Sunwapta River Valley of Jasper National Park, about 1.5 km south of the Diadem Peaks. J. Norman Collie named the mountain in 1898 by Hermann Woolley, a football player, the collie at his expeditions in 1898 and has accompanied the Canadian Rockies in 1902.

The first ascent was in 1925 a Japanese team consisting of S. Hashimoto, H. Hatano, T. Hayakawa, Y. Maki, Y. Mita and N. Okabe.
