Mstsislaw
Mszislau (White Russian Мсціслаў ( academic spelling ), Амсьціслаў (classical orthography ), Mścisłaŭ, Amścisłaŭ, Russian Мстиславль, Polish Mścisław ) is a city in the eastern part of Belarus with about 11,700 inhabitants ( 2004) on the border with Russia. It is the capital of the Rajons Mszislau and is located in the Mahiljouskaja Woblasz.

History
Mszislau was originally a part of the Slavic principality of Smolensk and then became the capital of a principality of the same name. 1377 club mimicked the Lithuanian Grand Duke Algirdas Mszislau. The city remained until the First Partition of Poland in 1772 in Poland - Lithuania.
