Muhammad VII al-Munsif

Muhammad al- Munsif Bey (also: Moncef Bey, born March 4, 1881 † September 1, 1948 in Pau, France) was Bey of Tunis from 1942 to 1943 and second last representative of the dynasty husainidischen.

Moncef Bey is nowadays recognized as one of the main figures of the nationalist movement, which later became the independence of Tunisia (1956 ) resulted.
