Multistate Anti-Terrorism Information Exchange

Multistate Anti- Terrorism Information Exchange ( MATRIX abbreviated, English as for " More Interstate Anti -terrorism Information Exchange ') was a US-based search system, which enables persons combined information from government databases and databases of private information service providers. This information should be made available to the authorities to be searched by them according anomalies that would indicate potential terrorist or criminal activities.

The project was set in April 2005. Parts of the system police authorities were asked in some U.S. states are available, however, continue.

The code and the methodology of the program system MATRIX continues to be used by the project ADVISE the Ministry of Internal Security of the United States.

Formation

MATRIX was developed by Hank Asher, a wealthy entrepreneur and founder of Seisint Inc.
