Mungonzazal Janshindulam

Mungonzazal Janshindulam (Mongolian Янжиндулмын Мөнгөнцацал, Jandschindulamyn Möngöntsatsal ), also known as Mungo ( born November 28, 1972 in Ulaanbaatar, † November 7, 2007 in Berlin) was a Mongolian pianist and music teacher. She was the first pianist from Mongolia, which became known in Europe to play by their extraordinary way, and multiple winner of international piano competitions and concerts. Lived until her death, and she taught in Dusseldorf and Dortmund.

Life

In her early youth Mungo already showed a great interest in music, especially playing the piano. When she was eight years old, her mother took her to the music Choreographic School in Ulaanbaatar, to promote it. They began as a piano student to participate in major piano concertos Mongolia in musical theater and at the State Opera in Ulaanbaatar. Except in playing the piano she got very good grades in mathematics and in the teaching of Russian. The School of Music and choreography she graduated with honors. For their above-average school performance in 1985 she was at the XII. World Festival of Youth and Students sent to Moscow. Three years later, Mongoose got the age of sixteen invitation to study at the Moscow Institute Gnessins piano.

In 1993 they moved from Moscow Gnessin Institute in Germany to Prof. Richard Brown in the Academy of Music in Detmold, Dortmund department who in 1997 successfully completed. In the same year, she continued her music studies at the Academy of Music in Münster Prof. Weichert, where he completed the study in 2000 with honors. At the same time she started teaching as a teaching assistant with Prof. Schmidt in a singing class of the Academy of Music in Dortmund. In addition, she attended master classes outside Germany: in Japan, Spain and many other European countries.

In October 1996, she received a 1st prize as the first Mongolian pianist at all, at the 9th Chamber Music Competition " Rassegna International Pescara Musica " in Pescara / Italy. Also in the following years their high musicianship was praised in the press. Her career highlights include not only numerous solo concerts and as an accompanist their appearances in 1999 and 2001 at the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. In 2006 she made in this Konzerthaus their last performance, when she performed with TrioMusarto.

1999-2003 she was a teaching assistant at the Musikhochschule in Dortmund and in the Madrigal Choir of the University of Münster as an accompanist. Since 1999, she worked as a piano teacher and music teacher at the private Institute for Musical Education ( IMB) in Dortmund. 2002-2005 was a continuation of her concert exam at the Musikhochschule Detmold. 2002 Mungozazal Janshindulam was co-founder of the "Trio MusArto ", which they themselves gave the name.

The Mungonzazal Foundation

In honor of the pianist Mungo the " Mungonzazal Piano Foundation " from her family and relatives in Mongolia was launched in spring 2008. This foundation supports in addition to general charitable purposes and the musical education of children and youth with the necessary talent.

On November 28 of every second year, the birthday of the pianist, the Foundation organized the " Mungonzazal Chamber Music Competition ", which was held for the first time in Mongolia. 2008 was attended by over 50 Mongolian music students and students participating. In this competition brought nine students the price with certificates for the first, second and third places. After the successful running of the Chamber Music Competition, the winners and participants gave in honor of Mungo a gala concert in Ulaanbaatar. The course of the competition and the concert was broadcast nationwide on radio and television.
