Muntean and Rosenblum
Adi Rosenblum (born 1962 in Haifa, Israel) is an Israeli- Austrian artist.
Life
Rosenblum has worked since 1992 with the same age, born in Graz Markus Muntean as Muntean / Rosenblum. Together they received in 2001 the City of Vienna Prize for Fine Arts. The Künstlerpaaar lives and works in Vienna.
Work
Muntean / Rosenblum take the current youth culture ironically targeted. Lost three -eyed teenager posing in classic tableaux. These inserts the artist couple text captions or speech bubbles. Helplessness, longing and despair are expressed. Muntean / Rosenblum create installations, publish books and work with large format, poster adhesive realistic painting, and video installations and sculptures are part of the work.
