Mürtzsee

The Mürtzsee lies south of flowers wood in the district Mecklenburg Lake District Mecklenburg -Western Pomerania in the east of the lake district. He is the uppermost part of a three part Seekette with only 160 meters from the mid-lake and the Long Lake. It is located at 70.7 m above sea level. NHN, has a maximum extension of 500 meters by 820 meters and measures 25.2 hectares. The shores are completely surrounded by a thicket row, at the northeastern end followed by a small forest. On the south shore lies the village Blumenhagen, through the run of the Mecklenburg Lake Bike Trail and the Ice Age route Mecklenburg Lake District.
