Musa Alami

Musa Alami (* 1897 in Jerusalem, † 1984, Arab موسى علمي, DMG Mūsā ʿ Alami ) was a Palestinian nationalist and politician.

Life

The son of a distinguished family studied law at Cambridge and then worked for the administration of justice by the British Mandate government, most recently as a private secretary to General Arthur Grenfell Wauchope, the High Commissioner for Palestine in the 1930s.

His grandfather Musa Alami was like his father Faidi Alami mayor of Jerusalem.
