Musa Amer Obaid

Musa Amer Obaid (Arabic موسى عامر عبيد, maiden name Moses KIPKIRUI; born 18 April 1985) is a Qatari steeplechaser of Kenyan origin.

In 2004 he was Asian Junior Champion, Junior World Cup champions and came at the Olympic Games in Athens to fourth place. The following year he finished ninth at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki, and at the World Cross Country Championships in 2006, he finished 24th place.

In June 2006, an elevated testosterone / epitestosterone value was detected in a drug test in training, after a two -year ban was imposed for doping.

At the World Cross Country Championships 2009 Obaid came on the 93rd rank.
