It rises in Odenthal - Voiswinkel, crosses the Bergisch Gladbach Paffrath districts and hand and feeds on the flow of the nature reserve Upper Mutzbach in Dünnwalder forest in Cologne Dünnwalder forest pool. In the district of Leverkusen Manfort it flows, piped in the last kilometers, in the Dhünn.
