MyGRAIN

MyGrain is a Melodic Death Metal band from Finland, Helsinki.

Band History

MyGrain was founded in 2004 by Tommy (vocals), Matthew ( electric guitar ) and Resistor ( guitar ) founded after their previous band New Science band had dissolved. The cast was shortly afterwards supplemented by DJ Locomotive (drums) and Eve (keyboard).

On the two self-produced demos Jonas played the bass guitar, but was added to the band after the second demo in April 2005 as a permanent member.

Shortly after the shooting of The Red Frame MyGrain was taken from the label Spinefarm Records, on which they released their debut album Orbit Dance, even after a short time. After many tours of Finland, the band recorded their second album Signs of Existence, which was published in 2008. In May 2008, guitarist Matthew left the band and was replaced by Teemu Ylämäki on live performances, which was taken on July 28, 2008 as a permanent member.
