The lawn - me-not (Myosotis laxa ) is a plant species of the family Boraginaceae of. It is also native to Central Europe.

Features

The species grows to about 20 to 50 cm tall and does not spur from. For similar Myosotis scorpioides it differs by the round stems. This is also hairy fitting. The wraps are usually leafy to 1-2 on the base. The sky blue flowers are large about 3 to 6 mm in diameter. The 0.6 to 0.9 mm long, anthers always form from the dust bag.

Occurrence

The grass - Myosotis settled alternating wet to wet shores of water bodies. The Kalkscheune species can tolerate a slight salt content in the soil. It also occurs in reed communities, on wet meadows and swamp forests. While the circumpolar widespread species in North Germany is more common, it is rare in southern Germany.
