Mythological Cycle

Mythological Cycle is the modern name of some Old and Middle Irish tales of creatures of Irish mythology.

The term includes stories that deal primarily not with people but with elves and fairies. These beings, fir in Irish Side ( "Men SID " ), mná Side ( "Women SID " ) or general Aes Side ( "People SID " ) refers to inhabit the old tradition, the natural hill ( Síd ) and mountains in Ireland and erected by human hands grave mound of pre-Celtic population.
