Na Liu

Na Liu (born 7 February 1983 in Liaoning Province ) is a British table tennis player of Chinese origin.

Life

Na Liu grew up in Liaoning Province. Her father was the director of a football academy, her mother was a former table tennis player. At the age of seven years, Na Liu himself began to play table tennis. She was trained by her mother in this case. They quickly achieved sporting success. It was only at the provincial level, then at the national level.

Through her father, who accompanied a football team his academy to a tournament to Northern Ireland, she learned to know the country and chose to study there. 2001, at the age of 18 years, Na Liu moved to Northern Ireland. In 2008 she received British citizenship. In 2010 she took part in the Commonwealth Games in Delhi for Northern Ireland. In 2012 she was a member of the British delegation at the Olympic Summer Games in London.
