Nam Hyun-hee

Nam Hyun- hee ( Kor. 남현희, born 29 September 1981) is a South Korean foil fencer.

Achievements

Nam Hyun- hee, in 2004 for the first time in the Olympic Games and took part in the foil - single eighth. 2005 Nam Hyun -hee won with the South Korean team the World Championships in Leipzig. At the 2006 World Championships in Turin, she won the team bronze. 2008 Nam Hyun -hee took part in the Olympic Games in Beijing, where she against Valentina Vezzali almost 5:6 only lost in the final and with her silver medal prevented a complete victory of the Italian team in the women's singles competition. 2010 won at the World Championships in Paris bronze in both the individual and to the team, as well as at the 2011 World Championships in Catania.

In 2012, at the Olympic Games in London Nam Hyun- hee Bronze reached with the team. At foil single it was after narrow defeats in the semifinals against Elisa Di Francisca to 10:11 and in the battle for the bronze medal against Valentina Vezzali with 12:13 fourth place. In the years 2010, 2011 and 2012, she was Asian champion in foil individual.
