Namibian Port Authority

Namibian Port Authority (usually only briefly Namport or NamPort ) is the national company in Namibia for the operation of the two deep-water ports. It has its headquarters in the seaside town of Walvis Bay.

In addition to the operation of the port of Walvis Bay and the port of Lüderitz Namport operates a dry dock and two floating docks.

By 2016 the port of Walvis Bay will be expanded by 40 acres. For this Namport invests up to three billion Namibia dollars.
