Nathaniel Lees

Nathaniel Lees (* Auckland ) is a New Zealand actor and theater director.

Lees is the child of Samoan parents and grew up in Auckland. From 1975 he was working as a stage actor in the local Mercury Theatre. His first television role he played in 1984. During the 1990s, he was himself a director at the Mercury Theatre. In 1994, he worked as a long-eared head in Rapa Nui - to see rebellion in paradise. In The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002) he played the Uruk- hai Uglúk. In The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions of 2003, he was to experience as Captain Mifune.
