National Assembly (Cape Verde)

The National Assembly ( pt: Assembleia Nacional ) is the unicameral Parliament of Cape Verde.

In the National Assembly of Cape Verde 72 members are elected by proportional representation. It is located in the capital Praia.

On January 22, 2006, an election was held. Ruling party, the Social Democratic party Partido Africano da Independencia de Cabo Verde.
