National Climatic Data Center

The National Climatic Data Center ( NCDC ) of the United States of America, located in Asheville ( North Carolina), is the largest archive of weather data. It was founded in 1951 with substantial participation by Helmut Landsberg.

On 21 January 2010 it was confirmed by NASA and the World Meteorological Organization Global warming.

Data

In the center of the weather data of the last 150 years are stored. Every day, 224 gigabytes of data added new.
