National Command Authority
The term National Command Authority (NCA; German National Command Authority) is the highest military command of the United States, which is formed and exercised by two people: the President of the United States and the Minister of Defense of the United States or their respective highest-ranking living and office -compatible successor ( Vice President, Deputy Minister of Defence, etc.) in the chain of command.
