The Avarua National Stadium is a stadium in Avarua, Rarotonga (Cook Islands).

The Avarua National Stadium is mainly used for football and rugby matches. The stadium was built in 2002 and has a capacity of 3,000 spectators. In the north-west side there is a covered seat grandstand with a small media sector.

Immediately adjacent is the Nikao Field, where about 1000 Watching find space.
