Nature Climate Change

Nature Climate Change is an English-language scientific journal for the current climate change ( global warming). It is the first scientific journal Nature Publishing Group, which publishes works by social scientists.

History and editor

The journal is published by the Nature Publishing Group, who moved among others, the journal Nature.

Nature Climate Change was established in April 2011 and replaced the online resource Nature Reports Climate Change.

Chief Editor Rory Howlett, who ( with a short interruption ) was previously since 1987 editor of the journal Nature. To assist in the assessment of the newly added social sciences an external group also was determined to experts.

Content

The aim is to publish the most relevant research on the " impact of climate change and its implications for business, politics and the world in general ." Are published high quality original works from the natural and social sciences. In addition, the magazine includes a discussion forum for leading experts through the publication of opinions, analyzes and review articles.
