Naufahu Anitoni Tahi ( born October 30, 1981 in Fontana, California) is an American former American football player at the position of the full- backs. He played with the Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League ( NFL).

Career

College career

Tahi scored 445 Yards space gain in his first year of college. As a Mormon, he interrupted three years of college for the necessary missionary work. In his last year Naufahu Tahi came to 872 erlaufene yards and eight touchdowns.

NFL Career

The Cincinnati Bengals committed Tahi in 2006 as a free agent. He was always there, however, only reserve player and left the club a short time later.

In November of the same year he arrived at the Minnesota Vikings under contract. However, was able to assert itself properly Tahi in 2008. Graduated from every game, primarily as a blocker for Adrian Peterson. He himself thereby pass 37 yards extra space. Because of its services, the Bengals were again attentive and laid Naufahu an offer before the Vikings were able, however, to persuade him with a new contract to stay. 2010 his first touchdown he succeeded in the game against the New York Giants. He extended his contract in April 2010 for a further year.
