Neemia Tialata Stanley ( born July 15, 1982 in Lower Hutt ) is a New Zealand rugby union player. He is now at the French club Aviron Bayonnais under contract. He previously played for the All Blacks ( national ), the Hurricanes in the Super 14 and for Wellington in the ITM Cup.

Tialata was born in Lower Hutt, but he moved with his parents at the age of one year to Samoa. The family returned to New Zealand when Tialata was five years old. Tialata managed as a young pillar in the squad of the All Blacks since 2005, he saw through his strong games for Wellington in the National Provincial Championship ( NPC) season for attention and made ​​his international debut in the opening game of the All Blacks Home Nations tour against Wales in November of the same year.
