Nelson (Band)

Nelson is a glam metal band from the USA.

It was founded by Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, the twin sons of Ricky Nelson. They had in September 1990 ( Can not Live Without Your ) Love and Affection a number-one hit in the U.S.. The band released until 1995 on Geffen Records, after the separation they sold their recordings on their own label, Stone Canyon Records. History

Since Matthew and Gunnar Nelson grew up in a musical family, they have always been familiar with music. In the early 1980s she joined the band Strange Agents. Later they formed their own band, with whom they had a contract with Geffen Records. Your debut album, released in 1990 After the Rain was a success and the band went on tour to promote the album. Following the tour, the band began with the production of their second album. The result was a much more harder than the first album, the concept album Imaginator.
