Netinera
Netinera Germany GmbH ( until March 2011 Arriva Germany ) is measured in the transport activity by Deutsche Bahn and Veolia Transport is the third largest railway company in Germany.
Company data
Netinera was founded in Hamburg in 2003 under the name " Arriva Germany " as a wholly owned subsidiary of the British transport group Arriva. With the acquisition of Regentalbahn in 2004 it moved its headquarters to Viechtach.
In March 2010, the German railway announced a public tender offer for the parent company Arriva with a value of EUR 2.8 billion; the transaction was completed in late August 2010. As part of the necessary antitrust approval, the German parts of the company had to be sold. The sale of Arriva Germany in early December 2010 to a consortium of the Italian state railway Ferrovie dello Stato ( 51% stake ) and the French-Luxembourg infrastructure fund Cube Infrastructure ( 49%).
Divisions
The operating subsidiary of Netinera both ordered rail and Public bus transport on behalf of regional PTAs as well as purely commercial bus, rail freight and passenger traffic away. Rail transport Netinera operates in the states of Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Mecklenburg- Western Pomerania, Saxony and Thuringia. Buses run every Netinera the city and regional transport in Bavaria, Brandenburg, Hesse, Mecklenburg -Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony and North Rhine -Westphalia. Also, there are cross-border passenger transport: Regentalbahn moves to the Czech Republic, the Berchtesgaden train to Austria. The subsidiaries provide 2011 of 33 million kilometers and 48 million bus kilometers with 244 locomotives and 758 coaches, compiled by 3,414 employees.
The area of freight transport and logistics is covered in Netinera in Germany by the OHE and Regentalbahn. Two daughters are also railway infrastructure companies; they operate in Germany a route network of a total of 300 kilometers: Osthannoversche Railways ( OHE ) 257 km, and Regentalbahn 43 km. The infrastructure of railway infrastructure Prignitzer (PEG ) with 215 kilometers of track length, was retroactive to January 1, 2012 July 10, 2012 at the Regio Infra Company ( RIG).

Netinera Bachstein
Based in Celle Netinera Bachstein, its shareholders the Netinera Germany ( 95.34 %) and transport companies Bachstein ( 4.66% ) are, from March 2007 to the Osthannoverschen Railways ( OHE ) is involved, now with a share of 87.51 %.
Subsidiaries of Osthannoverschen Railway operate in Hamburg, Bremen and Lower Saxony rail transport with the brands " Metronome " and " Erixx: The Heath Sprinter" as well as a wide bus services. The OHE is now one of the five largest private railway companies and, with 294 kilometers of one of the largest private German rail networks. This is used exclusively for the transport of goods. The offer is supplemented by the OHE port services and its own shipping company. With their bus CCG Stade / Lüneburg, transport company Gifhorn (VLG ), transport operation Osthannover GmbH ( VOG) and CeBus operates the OHE bus service in some parts of Lower Saxony.
Autobus Sippel
The bus Sippel has worked as a bus company in line and travel as well as airport traffic at the airport of Frankfurt am Main.
Netinera Eastern Region
Since 2004, the Eastern Region Netinera united GmbH (formerly Arriva PE and PE Holding) different subsidiaries under one roof. The Netinera works offer maintenance and repair of rail vehicles. The daughter Prignitzer Railway lost the timetable change in December 2012 their traffic in Brandenburg and does not currently offer driving and infrastructure services. In addition, a 80 % interest in the Neisse River traffic is maintained. On 23 March 2011 the renamed Netinera Region East AG, which was converted into a limited company in July 2012 was carried out.
Regentalbahn
In Bavaria, Saxony, Thuringia and the Czech Republic Regentalbahn offers under the brand name " The provincial railroad " passenger and freight rail to. It operates inter alia alex, the " Trilex " Vogtlandbahn, the Upper Palatinate and the Forest Railway in Bavaria, own maintenance and repair works as well as their own infrastructure with almost 43 kilometers in length.
As of December 2014, the Regentalbahn subsidiary DNSW goes in the " Diesel Power West " under the name vlexx.
Südbrandenburger transport GmbH
The Südbrandenburger transport, headquartered in Senftenberg, offers in the region of Upper Spreewald -Lausitz on scheduled services and student bus services. A total of 105 people are employed at the Südbrandenburger transport GmbH. The 72 vehicles spread across the depots Senftenberg, Lübbenau and Lauchhammer with modern workshops and other services.
Transport companies Bils
The largest private bus transport companies in Bils Munsterland been practicing for over 60 years, with bus lines and coaches. All vehicles run on biodiesel. 2009 the company was " Safe Bus Operation " issued the certificate.
